Production of 90% silver proofs resumed in 1992, and the US Mint has since struck its first modern "P" Mint reverse proof Roosevelt dimes and first "W" Mint proof Roosevelt dimes, which were packaged with the 2015 March of Dimes commemorative silver dollar. The clipped planchet error occurs when the blank planchet is not cut to the correct size before striking. The 1968 dime is not considered rare, but it is not particularly common either.
